He leads the company’s work in digital construction and 3D concrete printing, spearheading Pakistan’s first 3D concrete printer. Saif Ur Rehman is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of NEXUS Construction Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. A civil engineer and PhD candidate at UNSW, Sydney, his research focuses on 3D concrete printing and AI-driven mix design optimization. With prior experience as a Laboratory Engineer at NUST, he has contributed to pioneering studies on digital construction, including internationally published work on data-driven approaches for 3D printable concrete. At NEXUS, he leads technological innovation, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge research into practical, scalable construction solutions.
Lead Research and Development Engineer
A Rector’s Gold Medalist from NUST, Mughees is a civil engineer with expertise in 3D concrete printing, low-carbon concrete, and structural optimization. His work lies at the intersection of materials science and digital construction. He develops novel, cost-effective concrete mixes for 3D printing while optimizing the performance of the resulting structural members. He currently serves as a Lab Engineer at NUST’s School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
